Begin by envisioning your long-term aspirations as a musician. What do you ultimately want to achieve? Whether it’s becoming a professional performer, composing original music, teaching others, or simply mastering your instrument for personal enjoyment, having a clear long-term vision provides direction and motivation for your music study.

Take time to pause, reflect and answer these questions for yourself. Write your vision in a journal. Then, move to the next read.
